As a forward-thinking and compassionate strategist, I have cultivated a diverse career path rooted in open-hearted and empathetic leadership. For over 17 years, I have dedicated myself to full-time pastoral work and now in Hospice care, serving communities in Tennessee, Kentucky, Indiana, Arizona, and California.
My ongoing commitment to helping others has led me to additional roles as a Hospice Chaplain/Spiritual Counselor, Bereavement Coordinator, and Coach. My expertise lies in offering personalized coaching, conducting chaplain compliance training, and fostering team cohesion.
My work in church leadership and bereavement counseling has allowed me to guide families and patients through some of life’s most profound and transformative moments, both joyous and challenging. I am passionate about connecting with staff from all walks of life providing assistance and encouragement.
